The above raman spectra of Monolayer CVDGraphene™ film was transferred onto a Silicon Dioxide film from a Graphene layer grown on a Copper Foil using our EasyTube™ 3000 system. Raman spectra analysis shows high quality material (very low defects, as can be concluded from the low D peak to G peak intensity ratio)
