Multilayer CVDGraphene™ on Ni film

Below are optical images acquired at different magnification of multilayer CVDGraphene™
on 300nm Ni film, which have been deposited with an e-beam system on a 500 nm thick,
thermal silicone oxide (SiO₂) layer grown on top of a 4" Si wafer. All the patched areas have
CVDGraphene™ with the darker areas (more optical absorption) representing thicker layers of graphene. The brightness level of each individual grey level patches correlates to the local thickness of the CVDGraphene™ layer.
