The above Monolayer CVDGraphene™ film was grown on Cu catalyst foil using our EasyTube^® 3000 system. One can observe the grain boundary between two copper grains. Graphene exhibits typical wrinkles usually oriented in the same one direction depending on the grain on which it has grown.
