CVDGraphene™ Materials

CVDGraphene™ can be used as a starting material for development of various graphene enabled products. We offer several "starting" graphene products under the brand CVDGraphene™ that are suitable for most initial R&D applications and IP developments such as single layer graphene on copper, as well as thin to thicker Graphene films on nickel materials or films with average thickness varying from 3 to 10 monolayers.  This offering is a low cost starting point for academic researchers and exploration R&D projects.  

Our company was the first to introduce continuous graphene coatings on 4” wafers for sale.  For applications that require high-volume production, we can offer cost-effective scale-up and process customization options.  

All our CVDGraphene™ products are sold through our wholly owned subsidiary, CVD Materials Corporation.
